In short

NearIMG collects no personal data and runs no analytics. There are no accounts and no tracking. Your images are processed entirely in your browser and are never sent to a server. NearIMG shows advertising (Google AdSense) to fund free hosting; ad code loads only after you accept the cookie banner, never before.

Your files

NearIMG never receives your files. All processing — compress, resize, convert, rotate, crop — happens locally in your browser. Your images, their file names and their contents are never sent to our servers or to any third party; the site's Content-Security-Policy technically blocks such transmission. This is unaffected by advertising: ad scripts never gain access to your images.

Cookies, advertising, analytics

We run no analytics. We show advertising served by Google AdSense to fund free hosting. Ad code, and any advertising cookies or device identifiers it sets, load only if you press "Accept" on the consent banner — if you press "Reject", no ad script ever loads and no ad cookie is ever set. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link in the site footer. Google's own privacy practices for AdSense are described at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. (Separately: if you dismiss the language suggestion, a single local setting is stored on your device to remember that — it is not an identifier and is never sent anywhere, and does not require consent.)

We also run a Coupang Partners affiliate widget on the download-complete screen — unlike a display ad, it links to real products on Coupang, and we may earn a commission if you buy through it, at no extra cost to you. Like the AdSense code above, it only loads if you press "Accept"; if you press "Reject", neither AdSense nor this widget ever loads, and no affiliate-tracking cookie is ever set.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. Like any web host, Cloudflare may keep standard server access logs (such as IP address and connection metadata) to secure and deliver the site. This is Cloudflare's processing as our hosting provider — not data we collect or store — and it never includes any file content.

Your rights & contact

Because we hold no accounts, files or personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on request. Where data-protection laws such as the EU GDPR or Korea's PIPA grant you rights, they apply to the limited technical data handled by the host above.
